Rates and Options
We are available by appointment to show the venue. Please review our Options below and contact us with any questions. We would be delighted to have you reserve our venue for your wedding.

Wedding Option A – Venue Rental
This package provides exclusive use of the entire venue for your private event.
The rental includes access to the following spaces: The Barn, The Cabin (Bridal Suite) , The Groom Suite, Catering Kitchen, The Big Oak Tree, Pavilion, 1000 Sqft Dance Floor, and Chapel.
The venue is available to you for the following rental period:
Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
You have full control over your event during this time. While the venue provides the space and on-site furnishings—including chairs, tables,table linens, benches, and select decorative items—the The Barn at Big Oak, catering, or event coordination. Being a DIY venue allows you the freedom to plan your day exactly as you envision.
On-site parking is available for your guests.
Engagement photography sessions at the venue can also be scheduled in advance.
Rental Rates:
2026-2027 $7000
A $500 non-refundable deposit secures your rental date. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your event.
Sunday & Weekday Option B
This package provides exclusive use of the entire venue for your private event.
The rental includes access to the following spaces: The Barn, The Cabin (Bridal Suite for day use), The Groom Suite, Catering Kitchen, The Big Oak Tree, Pavilion, 1000Sqft Dance Floor and Chapel.
This weekday package is available Sunday through Wednesday and provides access to the venue from 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM on your chosen day.
You have full control over your event during this time. While the venue provides the space and on-site furnishings—including chairs, tables, table linens, benches, and select decorative items—The Barn at Big Oak does not provide, catering or event coordination. Being a DIY venue allows you the freedom to plan your day exactly as you envision.
On-site parking is available for your guests.
